At Little Lion Publishing, we carefully pack and dispatch all physical orders to ensure they arrive in good condition.

1. Shipping Provider

All physical orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Where available, customers may choose between tracked and untracked shipping services.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Post: 2–8 business days (metro and regional)

  • Express Post: 1–4 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Tracked vs Untracked Shipping

Tracked Shipping

If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking allows you to follow your parcel’s progress through Australia Post.

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Untracked Shipping

If you select an untracked shipping option:

  • No tracking information will be available

  • We cannot confirm delivery once the item has been dispatched

  • Little Lion Publishing cannot guarantee delivery for untracked orders

Lost or delayed parcels sent via untracked shipping are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Tracked Orders

If a tracked parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post and work with you to find a suitable resolution where possible.

Untracked Orders

We are unable to investigate or claim for parcels sent via untracked shipping. Responsibility for delivery cannot be guaranteed once the item has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Little Lion Publishing is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Additional postage fees may apply for re-shipping returned items.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered:

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Tracking availability may vary by destination
