Refund Policy - the basics

At Little Lion Publishing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or exchanges are available.
1. Physical Books (Including AR Books)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a physical book arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on physical books.
2. Digital Products & Memberships
Digital Downloads (Videos, Worksheets, Games)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once access has been provided. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing.

Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.
3. AR Content Access
If AR content does not function as described due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us. We will provide assistance, troubleshooting, or alternative access where possible.
Refunds for AR-related issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
